1. General Provisions

These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", define the rules for using the website operating at the address https://screeningbucket.eu/, hereinafter referred to as the "Website".

1.1. General

  • Every person using the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
  • Before using the Website, the User should read the content of the Regulations. Using the Website means full acceptance of its Beżowe

1.2. Definitions

  • Administrator – the entity managing the Website and providing its content.
  • User – any natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality that browses the content of the Website or contacts the Administrator.
  • Website – the internet service available at the address https://screeningbucket.eu/, containing information about the offer, descriptions of machines/products and contact details.
  • Product catalogue – presentation of the range and technical solutions of the Administrator on the Website, which is purely illustrative and informative.

1.3. Rules for Using the Website

  • Using the Website is completely voluntary and free of charge for all Users.
  • For the proper use of the Website, a device with Internet access, a correctly configured web browser and enabled support for cookies and JavaScript scripts are required.
  • The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with applicable law, good manners and the principles of social coexistence.
  • It is forbidden for the User to provide content of an unlawful nature, in particular materials violating the rights of third parties or the personal rights of the Administrator.
  • It is forbidden to take any actions that could disrupt or damage the proper functioning of the Website (including attempts to break security or send spam).

1.4. Services Provided Electronically

  • The Administrator provides free services electronically via the Website consisting in:
  • Enabling the browsing of informative content and the Product Catalogue posted on the Website.
  • Providing contact details (including e-mail address) in order to enable Users to contact directly and submit inquiries.
  • The agreement for the provision of services by electronic means is concluded when the User enters the Website and is terminated when the User leaves the Website.

1.5. Nature of the Website and Liability of the Administrator

  • The products, descriptions, technical data and prices (if any) presented on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. They constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
  • The conclusion of a sales contract or the preparation of a binding offer takes place each time outside the Website – through individual e-mail contact and agreement of detailed commercial terms and delivery costs.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for the content posted on the Website by third parties (e.g., in comments or reviews, if this function is enabled).
  • The Administrator reserves the right to remove content that violates the regulations or legal provisions.
  • The Administrator will make every effort to ensure that the Website operates without disruption, but does not guarantee its full availability and is not responsible for any interruptions in the functioning of the Website caused by technical reasons or force majeure.

1.6. Copyright

  • All copyrights to the content, graphic materials, photos, designs, logos, and databases posted on the Website by the Administrator belong exclusively to the Administrator and are subject to legal protection under the provisions on copyright and related rights.
  • Any copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the materials posted on the Website without the prior written consent of the Administrator is strictly prohibited.

1.7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  • The Administrator processes the personal data of Users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the provisions of Polish law.
  • Detailed rules for data processing, including purposes, legal bases, processing time, and the cookie policy, are described in the Privacy Policy document available on the Website.
  • Every User whose data is processed has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it ("the right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

1.8. Complaints regarding the operation of the Website

  • The User has the right to submit complaints only regarding technical problems related to the functioning of the Website itself (e.g., display errors, lack of access to subpages).
  • Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: [Your Email Address].
  • The Administrator shall review complaints regarding the operation of the Website within 14 days of their receipt and provide an answer to the sender's e-mail address.
  • Complaints regarding purchased goods, physical defects of products, and warranty procedures are carried out on the basis of separate General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) or legal regulations, and are provided to the Customer along with an individual, binding commercial offer sent by e-mail.

1.9. Amendments to the Regulations

  • The Administrator reserves the right to amend these regulations for important reasons, including: changes in legal regulations, technological and functional changes to the Website, expansion of services, or changes in the Administrator's contact details.
  • The Administrator will inform Users about amendments to the regulations by posting an appropriate message on the home page of the website.
  • Amendments to the regulations enter into force within 7 days from the date of their publication on the Website. For inquiries and business discussions started before the amendments enter into force, the regulations in their current wording shall apply.

1.10. Final Provisions

  • In matters not regulated by these regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of the Website between the Administrator and Users who are not consumers (B2B transactions / for business purposes) will be resolved by the common court competent for the seat of the Administrator. In the case of consumers (B2C), the jurisdiction of the court is determined by generally applicable, overriding provisions of Polish and EU law.

These regulations have been created to ensure the security and comfort of using the Website for all Users. Compliance with the rules contained therein will allow for the harmonious and trouble-free operation of the Website, to the benefit of each of its users.

These regulations enter into force on 27.11.2024
